Hello, reader and welcome.

Welcome to the inner expanses of my mind and join me on a meandering journey about everything and nothing. Think of this place like Seinfeld with a more obscure, darker sense of humour attached to any subject that takes my fancy.

2020 has heralded many changes in the short two months so far, and the greatest shift has been to get things out in the open so that they are not milling around in my mind. When the brain is overactive, stress happens, sleep doesn’t and life generally gets that little bit harder.

Along the way on this digitally written journey, we will look at products, news, politics and personal events – inspiration will be fairly organic but suggestions for content are certainly welcome.

Once again, welcome aboard. I’d say strap in but it’s just a mental meander.
